Career Moonshot refers to that BIG DREAM that seems impossible to reach from the outside, but from within, you know you will do all it takes to make it happen! I loved this term as soon as I came across it in Peter Diamandis’s blog. He talks about the instance where setting a man on the moon was at one time viewed as impossible, but happened in 8 years.
It is about shooting for the stars. It is about dreaming BIG and going after those big dreams. The strategies and actions and the teams that we build to help us achieve those big dreams are in a completely different league than if we had more realistic and achievable targets as our goals.
